Digital Conversion

THE DAWN OF A NEW ERA IN TELEVISION!

Antietam Cable is further enhancing the quality of our video service for ALL customers by converting the television signals we offer to an all-digital platform.  Unlike other cable and satellite providers that require a converter box on every TV set, we DO NOT require a converter box if the TV set has a digital tuner.  After all, that’s why they are called “cable ready” TVs.  Any TV set without the proper built-in tuner will need a simple piece of equipment in order to continue receiving the channels to which you subscribe

Once the digital conversion is complete, we will have more bandwidth for new and exciting programming and enhanced services!

STEPS YOU SHOULD TAKE NOW

Check all of your TVs for digital equipment

If your TV is not connected to any of the digital equipment described in step #1, check to see if it has the proper QAM tuner.
